 SHORT PRESENTATION OF SPECIALIZATION
 "EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL LAW"

The study program "European and International Law" aims to study the norms of international and European law in terms of the legislative needs of our country, especially regarding their applicability and transparency in the national law.
As a member state of the European Union, Romania has to permanently harmonize its legislation with that existing in the European Union states.
Following the ratification by the Romanian state of legal instruments at European and international level, numerous normative acts were adopted in the field of business law, commercial law, insurance law, administrative law, etc.
The knowledge of the international and European institutes, the structures, the documents issued by them and the functioning mechanisms of the European and international institutions and the procedures for exercising the rights are the main goals of the European and International Law License Program.
The faculty prepares law specialists who can handle a wide range of jobs: lawyers, notaries, legal counselors, civil servants, teachers, magistrates, scientific researchers. The studies are completed with a bachelor's degree in their own organization, recognized both by the Ministry of National Education and abroad, which allows graduates access to postgraduate (masters) courses both at our University and at other universities in the country and from abroad.
